Terms of Service

1. The service
MealyDO generates weekly meal plans, recipes and shopping lists using automated meal-planning technology, based on the preferences you provide. You need an account to use it and must be at least 16 years old.
2. Plans and pricing
The Free plan includes one complete weekly meal plan every 30 days, a shopping list, up to 2 people and one dietary preference. Premium is billed monthly in your local currency (from €4.99/$4.99/£4.99) and adds unlimited plans, meal replacements, saved favourites, meal history and larger households. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes at checkout.
3. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Premium renews automatically each month until cancelled. Cancel any time from Profile → Plan & billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further charge is taken. EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital services; by starting Premium immediately you agree the service begins at once, and we will refund pro rata on request within those 14 days.
4. Food, allergies and health
Meal plans are generated automatically and are for general information only. They are not medical or dietary advice. Always check ingredients and labels yourself before cooking, particularly for allergies and intolerances. MealyDO cannot guarantee that a generated recipe is free of any given allergen.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping, resale of generated content at scale, attempts to break authentication or interference with other users. We may suspend accounts that do.
5a. Emails you receive
Alongside service emails (confirmation, password reset, plan ready), creating an account signs you up to the MealyDO blog newsletter — occasional articles and meal-planning tips. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in every such email, without affecting your account.
6. Your content
You keep your preferences and lists. You may use the recipes we generate for personal, non-commercial cooking.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and contact
